How Long Does It Take To Set Up An Account?
It can take up to 48 hours for an account to be set up. We'll let you know when it has been set up by sending you an email asking you to set up an account on our website.
Why Is It Asking For A Credit Card?
Being a digital business, we charge credit cards to ensure invoices are paid. If this option doesn't suit you, contact us so we can set up a prepaid account so we don't have to hold you details.
What Are Your Credit Terms?
Our standard credit terms are Delivery + 1 - which means when your order is delivered, we charge you credit card the next day. This helps us keep costs down and continue to give you the best prices possible.
