La Tortilleria soft corn tortillas taste like real corn tortillas should, flavoursome and delicious! Baked fresh in Melbourne from stone-ground wholegrain corn, these are a staple for many iconic Mexican dishes, from Tacos to Enchiladas. And of course, they're Gluten Free!
La Tortilleria makes the tortillas using the same traditional method indigenous Aztecs have used for millennia. They start with real whole grain corn, then cook, soak and stone-grind fresh. They do not use imported processed corn flour.
- Store in a cool dark place; a cupboard or refrigerator works perfectly
- These tortillas do not contain any preservatives, so once opened, store airtight in the fridge for up to two weeks
- Suitable for freezing: these tortillas maintain their quality very well after freezing. Freeze them for up to one month making sure they are stored airtight, and use them immediately after defrosting
- Shelf life of 6 weeks
